PROCESSING TIME AND RUSH ORDERS

We can process and ship most orders in 2 - 3 weeks if not sure send support a email to confirm. Some orders may take longer depending on the season.

Rush orders are available per your request. The rush orders days do not include the processing time. Please make sure you enter in your delivery request date sp we cam do our best to meet it. Normally rush orders can not be canceled for any reason but there are some exceptions for more info contact us by email.

Keep in mind we do not process orders the same day you place order. Processing time can vary especially during prom and wedding season.

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME

3 - 5 Days in most cases after ship date. Sometimes delivery may vary due to bad weather or a bad address.



Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation notification must be receive in writing, within (24)hours of order date via email or fax only or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your order total. Because factory must purchase fabric to make gown.

Return Policy

NO RETURNS ON MADE TO ORDER GOWNS OR CUSTOM ORDERS OR TAILOR GOWNS BUT WE WILL REPAIR OR REMAKE GOWNS. PLEASE NOTE ALL OF OUR DESIGNER INSPIRED GOWNS ARE MADE TO ORDER. SOME ARE ORIGINAL DRESSES.

Return authorization code must be requested (via email only) within three days of delivery date if item is defective before returning any item. Packages without a return authorization code will be REFUSED.

Custom Orders

FACTORY WILL NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS ON CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER GOWNS FOR ANY REASON UNLESS THEIR IS A MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT. CUSTOMERS MUST TAKE PICTURES OF THE ITEM FOR PROOF OF DEFECT AND EMAIL TO US.
